Musical Theatre Workshop

Our Musical Theatre Workshop is a collaborative program that brings together a director, music director, acting coach, and choreographer to guide students through the exciting world of acting, singing, and dancing. Throughout the workshop, we explore scenes and dance/musical numbers, as well as produce full productions and junior musicals that showcase every performer’s growth.

What to Expect

1. Holistic Training

   • Acting: Develop character work, memorize lines, and understand stage presence.

   • Singing: Build vocal technique, confidence, and musicality under the guidance of a music director.

   • Dancing: Learn choreography tailored to each show’s style, elevating performance skills.

2. Skill Progression

   • Perfect for Beginning–Intermediate students who want to move beyond playful exploration into more advanced, specialized training.

   • Foster personal growth, teamwork, and creativity, regardless of age or experience level.

3. Performance Preparation

   • Students work on scenes, songs, and choreography throughout the semester.

   • Memorable lines, catchy tunes, and engaging dance numbers come together in a culminating show, giving each performer the opportunity to shine on stage.

By immersing themselves in acting, singing, and dancing, participants gain a deeper understanding of the musical theatre craft. This workshop is an excellent way for young performers to build confidence, refine technique, and experience the magic of storytelling—on and off the stage.
